Curates is a digital travel planning platform designed to help travelers create and organize itineraries easily.

Our goal is to make trip planning simple, structured, and enjoyable by allowing users to build detailed itineraries, organize schedules and travel plans, and access curated itineraries created by other travelers.

Curates is built to support both casual travelers and itinerary creators who want to share and sell their travel plans.

What We Offer

Curates provides a platform for creating, discovering, and purchasing travel itineraries. Our services include a drag-and-drop itinerary builder with day-by-day planning, cost tracking, and activity management; a marketplace where creators can publish and sell their curated travel guides; and premium tools for serious travel creators.

How Purchases Work

Browse — Discover published itineraries through creator profiles.

Select — View the itinerary preview, see the price, and tap “Buy”.

Pay — Complete payment securely via GCash, Maya, or card.

Access — The full itinerary is instantly added to your library.

Revenue Split

Premium creators can set their own prices starting at ₱20. Revenue is split 90/10 for sales and 95/5 for tips (creator/platform), after payment processing fees.

All transactions are processed securely through our payment partner. Curates does not store your payment card details.

Curates (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.

Information We Collect

When you use Curates, we may collect the following information: name, email address, and account details you provide during registration; payment-related information processed through our payment provider; travel itineraries and content you create or upload; and usage data such as device type, browser type, IP address, and website activity.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process purchases, subscriptions, and payments, communicate with you about your account and transactions, ensure platform security and prevent fraud, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway. Curates does not store your full card details. Payment details are securely handled by the payment processor and its supported payment channels.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data only when necessary: with service providers (such as payment processors), to comply with laws and government requests, and to protect our rights and prevent fraud.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Welcome to Curates. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About the Service

Curates is a digital platform that allows users to create, organize, and purchase travel itineraries and digital travel-related content.

2. Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Purchases and Payments

Users may purchase digital itineraries, premium features, subscriptions, or tips through supported payment methods such as GCash, Maya, and credit/debit cards. All prices are shown in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.

4. Digital Products and Access

Purchased digital products (itineraries/templates) will be accessible immediately after payment confirmation.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, upload harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission, attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the website, or abuse payment systems or request fraudulent refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and software of Curates are owned by Curates unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy or reproduce platform content without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Curates is not liable for travel-related losses, missed bookings, delays, accidents, or issues caused by third-party services. Users are responsible for verifying travel details.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

Refund Policy

Curates sells digital products such as travel itineraries, templates, and premium access.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once the user has received access to the purchased itinerary, template, or premium feature, the purchase is considered delivered and non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following cases: duplicate payment or accidental multiple charges, technical issues preventing access to purchased content (verified by our team), or unauthorized payment proven to be fraudulent (subject to investigation).

Refund Request Period

Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@curatesapp.com and include your full name, email used in purchase, transaction reference number, and reason for refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, depending on the payment gateway and payment channel processing time.
