Curates provides a platform for creating, discovering, and purchasing travel itineraries. Our services include a drag-and-drop itinerary builder with day-by-day planning, cost tracking, and activity management; a marketplace where creators can publish and sell their curated travel guides; and premium tools for serious travel creators.

All transactions are processed securely through our payment partner. Curates does not store your payment card details.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway. Curates does not store your full card details. Payment details are securely handled by the payment processor and its supported payment channels.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data only when necessary: with service providers (such as payment processors), to comply with laws and government requests, and to protect our rights and prevent fraud.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Curates is a digital platform that allows users to create, organize, and purchase travel itineraries and digital travel-related content.
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Users may purchase digital itineraries, premium features, subscriptions, or tips through supported payment methods such as GCash, Maya, and credit/debit cards. All prices are shown in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.
Purchased digital products (itineraries/templates) will be accessible immediately after payment confirmation.
You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, upload harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission, attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the website, or abuse payment systems or request fraudulent refunds.
All content, design, branding, and software of Curates are owned by Curates unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy or reproduce platform content without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.
Curates is not liable for travel-related losses, missed bookings, delays, accidents, or issues caused by third-party services. Users are responsible for verifying travel details.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

Curates sells digital products such as travel itineraries, templates, and premium access.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once the user has received access to the purchased itinerary, template, or premium feature, the purchase is considered delivered and non-refundable.
Refunds may only be granted under the following cases: duplicate payment or accidental multiple charges, technical issues preventing access to purchased content (verified by our team), or unauthorized payment proven to be fraudulent (subject to investigation).
Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Email us at hello@curatesapp.com and include your full name, email used in purchase, transaction reference number, and reason for refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, depending on the payment gateway and payment channel processing time.
